Topeka owner Jonathan Fleisig made quite a few
enemies in the Central Hockey League office when he
announced he was moving the ScareCrows into the United
States Hockey League after this season.<br><br>Fleisig
now has enemies in Columbus.<br><br>A ScareCrows fan
recently filed a complaint with the Kansas Attorney
General's office, claiming the team put Plexiglas on top of
its Chuck-a-Puck bucket to prevent anyone from
winning a $300 prize. Fleisig told the Topeka
Capital-Journal that the idea to use the Plexiglas came from the
Cottonmouths.<br><br>Unequivocally false, say the Snakes.<br><br>I have no idea
where he got that, said Columbus assistant general
manager J.A. Schneider, adding the team has never covered
its bucket to prevent fans from
winning.<br><br>Fleisig, who announced his intention to switch leagues in
December, wants the ScareCrows to win the CHL championship
in their final season - just to ruffle the feathers
of CHL commissioner Tom Berry.<br><br>There's
nothing I want to do more than win that cup and just
stick it to 'em, Fleisig told the
