Well, Tom had a great game on Friday night. He was long overdue to
pitch a good game against the Braves. It was disappointing that he
didn't get the win, but it was nice nonetheless to see him do well.
Loved the interview with Tom and John Smoltz that was shown before the
game (taped Thursday, I belive). It's so nice to see that these two
are still such good friends. And I appreciated what Smoltz said
regarding the fans reaction toward Glavine when he returns to Atlanta.
He isn't given the respect he deserves and I was happy to hear someone
else voice what I've been thinking. BTW, I heard them play this
interview on radio and before they went to break, Don Sutton said he
wanted to echo Smoltz and said Tom deserved more respect given what he
has meant to the Braves organization. Amen!!!

I watched the ESPY awards tonight and Tom's clip with Ron Howard was
really funny. First a commercial and now this. Is acting in Tom's
future after baseball? ;)
