See, I told you guys there were positives to pull out of his outing
today. Glad to see someone agrees with me. Heheh.
Here's an article from mlb.com about it:

here's a snippet of the article:
In a 5-4 New York loss Sunday, Glavine was not involved in the
decision. He had a day that was nothing like some of the recent
shellings he has absorbed. On the other hand, the results weren't
exactly vintage Glavine, either.
Glavine was undoubtedly better than his line appeared. He gave up
four runs on 11 hits in six innings, but, in truth, the majority of
those hits were not solidly struck.
"I don't think I've given up that many bloops and broken-bats and
whatever in a single game during my entire career," Glavine
said. "But that's the way it goes when things are not going well for
you.
"But I felt good about the way I pitched and the adjustments I
made."
Manager Willie Randolph saw it the same way. "He pitched pretty
well, I thought," Randolph said. "Couple seeing-eye [hits] here and
there, but that's part of the game; no one makes excuses for that.
But he pitched inside effectively, and you saw a lot of jam shots,
and balls found holes and stuff.
"I'm encouraged by the way he pitched today. I thought he mixed it
up, and he could have come out better with a little more luck, but
that's baseball."
