I signed up to get alerts from Yahoo on articles mentioning Tom

and I'm starting to wish I hadn't now. It broke my heart to read how
those stupid Mets fans were booing Tom when he left the mound on
Wednesday. I honestly do not remember ever hearing or reading about
Braves fans booing Tom when he left the mound after having a rough
game. Oh and here's a sharp contrast to what those sports anchors
were
saying in New York. Here in Columbia, South Carolina, the local
sports
anchor actually said that it's tough to see Tom have such a rough
outing 'cause to a lot of people, he's still a Brave and always will
be
in the hearts of many. He then went on to say how Tom is a classy guy
and doesn't deserve the harshness of the New York fans. I think we
are
all just going to have to ignore the junk that the media says and
concentrate on pulling for Tom no matter what. I wish there was some
way we could let him know that he still has his fans that support him
no matter what!!!!
I'm glad you vented and that's what we are here for! Can you just
imagine the scrutiny that Tom would be under if he were in a Yankees
