I wouldn't worry too much about what that one person said too much.
That person obviously got what they wanted in upsetting you and I'm
glad that I didn't see it because I probably would have said something
back which wouldn't have been nice at all. But it goes to show how
ignorant that person really is. I am also from Upstate New York and I
have been here for over 18 years and have never been a Mets fan until
Tom became a Met. We all know the truth and that Tom is very
competitive and he would never lose a game on purpose just because it
is the Braves that they are playing. I'm sure that he would like to
beat them just as much as he would any other team and that as far as
still being on the Braves payroll is so out there that that it is
clear that the person doesn't know anything about Tom Glavine or his
character, but that's his loss.
