It's by no means as good as watching Tom pitch on tv and keeping up
to date on him that way, but it does seem to help me out....
What I usually do is this:
Each morning, I visit this sports spyder web site:
http://www.sportspyder.com/teams/baseball/mets
That link will take you to all the articles this site finds that
mention the Mets.
(You might have to be signed in to do this next step, but if you do,
it's quick and painnless)
On the left hand side of the site, you click on the "Player
Articles" link.
That will pull up a listing of all the Mets players. Click on "Tom
Glavine" and that will pull up all of the articles from the past
week that mention Glavine's name.
Another thing I'll do is go here:
http://search.news.yahoo.com/search/news?p=glavine
It's a Yahoo news search of Glavine.
Anyway, not as good as watching him pitch (Which, unfortunately I
never get to do anymore) but, it's at least a small way for me to
get to stay updated on how he's doing, etc, etc.
Hope those help you guys out!
And, you know, of course there's my web site I have for Tom . . .
lol, but no sense making a shameless plug since I've already done
that before! j/k.
