It does seem strange for me to see him retire. I
started playing tennis in mid 98 when I was 8 years
old, and I remember watching Agassi on tv and buying
the shoes, clothes, etc. The 90 Lipton where Agassi
beat Edberg in the final was the 1st tournament I ever
went to and I really can't imagine tennis without
Agassi.
My brother and I both asked Todd questions on Monday
and Tuesday and he anwered them. From the questions I
read it looked like people were mostly asking him
about other players and some of his tennis
experiences, but not about his personal life.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to go to Mal
Washington's Gala, but it would be nice to have an
invitation just in case I'm free then.
