Thanks for joining the club! I myself, am a hardcore Dodger fan..
but the Cubs have got enough former Dodger favorites of mine that I
think it's ok to keep rooting for them... just not when they play
the Dodgers! =O)

I started this club, I think in 1999. It has never really taken
off, but that's ok. When I was thinking about deleting it, I just
couldn't do it. Hah! It would be like turning my back on rooting
for Holly. I also have a Grudzielanek club too.

I hope Holly is doing alright! I remember a few years ago when he
was in Colorado, he foweld a ball off of his shin and was out for
about a year and almost had to come close to amputating his leg. I
hope that doesn't happen this time!
It has always irritated me that so many managers don't play Holly as
much as they should. When he was playing in LA I would listen to
the starting lineup and just pray that he would be in there... a few
times he was. Once when the Dodgers were playing Anaheim in Ana. he
started in CF and I was in the LF seats about 2 rows from the field
and he was running over to get a ball the Sheffield wasn't getting,
and he pulled his hamstring right infront of me, it was horrible to
see, 'cause I just knew he would go on the DL.

I was at the Dodger game on Friday night, and they showed
Grudzielanek's homer! I was so happy to see it! Also, the fans
around me were cheering about the homer, and shouting out Grud's
name... good to know he still has fans out here.
