satisfaction and professional despair. <br><br>That Todd
Hollandsworth was sitting in the Coors Field clubhouse, muscles
ripped from his latest workout, hair disheveled, smile
lighting up the room was testimony to his desire. Given
every reason to become a prisoner of his own
frustration, Hollandsworth refused to allow an injury to
poison his attitude. <br><br>But as he maniacally
rehabbed, he grappled with helplessness. From the disabled
list, Hollandsworth watched the Colorado Rockies spiral
from a National League West contender to a chilling
disappointment. <br><br>He could blame his ravaged limb for both
aches. <br><br>"I can't tell you how hard it was
watching for so long," said Hollandsworth, leaning forward
with emphasis. "It really started to wear on me."
