Disappointing lost in OT. I think what's worse is they gave up 2 points to
divison rivals.

Don Cherry is so right about the Leafs not showing to play. It's until they
realize they are trailing and they have nothing to lose THEN the leafs shows up.

I really like what Kulemin has been doing and playing with Kessel and Stajan.
Kulemin just need to develope that scoring touch. He has done everything else
well...

These losing in OT is not helping the leafs at all...

Solid 1st period effort and that was it. Did the ref put their whistle away? In
the 3rd period, Stempinak was hooked. There should have been a penalty.

Disappointing. The leafs should have won this game and now they lose 2 points
and will have to wait for boxing day to climb back into the 8th spot.

An impressive win tonight. The leafs needed the win tonight because 1)
yesterday's not so great game
2) Vs bos and
3) At home.

Gustavsson looked good and finally gets his first NHL shutout (unlike the shared
one lol) blake scored a nice goal.

The leafs need to continue to put on win streak as they are back to 6 points out
of playoff spot.

You should watch thr 2nd and 3rd period...

Schenn being scratched... Maybe... Maybe not. With the exception of the Boston
game, schenn has played really well with about 18min of ice time. Maybe wilson
just want to give him a day off? We will see what happens in the coming games
then judge.

The leafs were slow... Uninvolved... Unphysical and shy...

They did come back from 3-2 but only to give it back...

Toskala have been good overall. I can't say it was his fault. But it was just

Yup good game overall. They def took a step back in the 3rd. Toskala almost

First, earlier in the day, Leafs trade Tlusty to Carolina for 2009 draft pick
Phillipe Paradis. Can't say it's a bad trade since Tlusty has not been able to
convert AHL success into NHL.

Now to the game...

It looks like the team has turned things around. Blake has woke up and scored 2
goals, let's hope this is his turning point.

Joey Macdonald... Wow! He was great for the most part. Now, do you start him or
Toskala for the next game?

Kessel scored 2 goals and fought someone. He's everything we've expected and if
he continues to play like that... Who cares about those 1st round picks.

Wow. This was the best game the leafs played ALL season.

The speed they used to control the possessions.

Kulemin was great defensively. MacDonald came in after Gustavsson's condition
and was brilliant. Let hope nothing is wrong with Gustavsson as he was great in

A very sloooow start to the game but the leafs finally woke up.

Someone should tell Ponikarovsky that he has a sexy ass and should park it in
front of the net more often lol!

Gustavsson was not ready at the start but after the 2 goals, Gustavsson just
became a different goalie. Now, he did give up 4 goals but came up big when
needed.

What can you say about Hagman and Kessel? We now have 2 scorers on 2 different
line.

Like I said, Poni needs to park himself more often in front of the net.

That's 2 wins in a row and they are hard fought wins. I think this could be a
turning point in the season.

Yea, a win! Lol

It started off really well... Taking early led but we know no lead is a safe
lead... And before you know it, it's 2-2.

It was a good effort win... Although, it is nerve wrecking... Beauchemin was
good.... Gustavsson looked average.

There were some really nice goals... Hagman and Stajan. The Leafs just need to
figure out how to keep the puck out of their own net...
