today I stood at the corner of Michigan and
Trumbull and stood silently waiting for a new era of
detroit sports history. oh well to bad they werent
selling tickets there tommorow I will proudly walk into
the gates and to the reason the ol ball park is gone.
bless the corner 4 ever. I remember on Spetember 27
listening to Ernie Harwell, seeing the flag passed, the
flag taken down. I remember the old fireworks on
fridays. the laser shows in 94 that noone remembers.
Listenin to DRQ today it upset me about Comerica. I am
happy they moved still the corner was old and our team
needed a new home
