I attempted to research your question at Baseball-Almanac. com.
Roy White and Mickey Mantle played together with the Yankees from
1965 through 1968. White did not hit any homers in 1965 so I limited
my search on boxscores for Senators home games against the Yankees
from 1966 through 1968.
I couldn't find any example of a game where White hit 2 homers
against the Senators in Washington. The only game I found that might
fit the criteria was a 5-1 Senators win on May 31, 1966. White hit a
home run, the Yankees only run of the game, and Mantle went 0-4.
