Who remembers Dick Such, a pitcher who spent a little over 3 months
with the 1970 Senators?
In his only season, he went 1-5 with an ERA of 7.56. I recall that he
was a pitching coach for the Minnesota Twins a number of years ago.
Here's a link to his career record:

If anyone is interested, Mr. Such is still active in professional
baseball, now serving as a coach for the Camden Riversharks in the
independent Atlantic League.
There's a new Atlantic League franchise here in Southern Maryland
called the "Southern Maryland Blue Crabs". Owned by Brooks Robinson,
former Red Sox 3rd baseman Butch Hobson is the manager with one of
the coaches being former Orioles catcher Andy Etchebarren. One of the
pitchers on the roster is John Halama, recently with the Washington
Nationals.
Camden is scheduled to play in Southern Maryland (Waldorf, Charles
County) on May 16-18, July 3-6 and again on Aug. 29-31.

I know it's been 37 seasons now since the Senators left Washington-
does anyone know of other former Senators still involved in
professional baseball? (I do know that Don Mincher is president of
the AA Southern League.)
