My understanding is that the fences are still the same at RFK. In its
era, DC/RFK Stadium was in the middle of the pack in yielding HRs. Now,
the majority of parks are band boxes, much easier to hit it out (thus,
the big increase in homers in the '90s -- plus steroids, of course)
