Hello everyone, I'm Ben, a new member.
I'm a rugby player and have started doing some specific
sprint training 30,60,100m drills, plyometrics, specific power exercises. fast
feet, etc (for the last few months). - along with my intervals and
endurance work.
Any training tips would be greatly appreciated! Also, can
anyone recomend a good book. - I'm a Sport and Exercise scientist, so the
more scientific research the book evaluates, the better.
