I've been kinda busy myself here. Coached the HS fellas to a
conference championship......a regional championship, and now getting
the 4x400 relay team ready.....for they have made it to the STATE
MEET. Leg 1, the top 100m runner on the track squad......leg 2, the
top 200m runner...leg 3, the top 400m runner......and leg 4, the top
800m runner (who is also there to run the open 800m & 4 x 800). The
fellas made it with a mediocre time of 3:27.70 and havent run their
best. I expect a 3:23.00 from them. Leg 1, 2, 3 are only HS sophs.

I'll also be working one of the ladies that made it in the 100m
hurdles and the 200m. Try to tweak her start.....she'll need it.

It was kinda quiet w/ the college fellas this year. 10.89 was the top
time from the squad...lots of injuries was the story this year.

I'm keeping an eye on the D3 nationals this weekend. A couple fellas
there I had a chance to help out or watch this year. Should be some
fast times there.

PLUS.......I am eyeing up the WI USATF meet on June 20th.....I'll
possibly enter the 100m.....either the open div., but prob the 30-39
div. sub-mas. I'm battling achilles tendonitus again, but it isnt
that bad this time. I should be able to go sub 11.....if I'm healthy.
