This site came to my attention in a relatively negative way. Having
never seen the site before today, I started getting feedback from his
newsletter sign up form -- all addressed to newsletter@. This is
great, but I never signed up for his newsletter. Which is not to say
some well meaning friend of mine didn't sign me up, but I wish you'd
tell me about these things first.

Anyway, as he says, he's a guy with a baseball problem and a Twins
fan to boot. A nice but rather lengthy essay on Super Joe Mauer is
available on the site in the featured fair section.
