If Sue Bird had any integrity at all. she would not accept this
honor. Ticha Penichiro deserves the honor. Although Bird has played
very well at this level, she has only played 4 years. Ticha is in her
9th and is the all time assist leader. Bird simply has not been
around long enough to replace Ticha.
