Steve Reeves was the star of technicolor wide
screen productions, the best of his films was The Thief
of Baghdad (about the fifth version of same title),
made around 1960, nothing to do with hercules. This
was one of the top films of the year when it was
made, he was a great actor, later lived in Italy for
many years, then returned here promoting a
heavy-hands-fast walking book (I can't remeber the exact title).
looking for a copy of his Thief of Baghdad but have only
found silent Douglas Fairbanks version.
