the above. Each exxercise was 3X8-12. This program
was used by him in the early '50s. If you need a list
of the specific exercises, let me know. This info
was culled from his book, Building the Classic
Physique the Natural Way. His routine in his last years
was the same as above but included use of machines.
Note that he didn't do any ab isolation above. He did
do abs in the last few years but skipped calves. He
lowered sets but upped reps to 2x12-15, I think.<br> I
believe Muscle Mag International carries, in each issue,
an ad for a booklet detailing the Reeves workout and
his nutrition plan. booklet was written by Robt.
Kennedy. He also outlines the Reeves training program in
one or two his (Kennedy's) books.<br> Hope this
