Due to an increase in my workload, I am giving up the moderator's job
of this group, BUT that does not mean that the group is to close. I am
opening mominations for the new owner of the group.

The rules are:

1) Any member may nominate any member
2) If a member wishes to nominate themselves, they must include a seconder
3) Nominations will close at 12.00am PDT (8.00am BST) on Friday 25th
September 2003 and voting for those duly nominated will last for a week
4) The new moderator will be that member which recieves the most votes
in the poll that will be launched after nomninations close
