Is this your order of exercises too?
If so, I recommend you begin with the biggest body
part's first, legs, back and chest and end with the
smaller ones.
That's the "3,2,1 Priority Principle" which I included
in FIT HAPPENS at any age!
What this does is allow you to work the most
challenging bodyparts FIRST, when fresh and full of
energy, before moving on the the smaller, indirect
ones.
The BENEFIT:
"Faster fat loss, a HIGHER metabolism, and fuller
muscle gain."
