those of you who are into bodybuilding could you post your routines ?

here is my routine
its done 3 times a week everyother day i do 2 or 3 sets per exercise
for 6 to 12 reps

bench press
lat pulldowns
shoulder press
dumbell curl
tricep ext
squat
calve raises
cruches

Is this your order of exercises too? If so, I recommend you begin with the biggest body part's first, legs, back and chest and end with the smaller ones. ...
