steve reeves trained is whole body 3 times a week doing a fullbody
workout each time every other day . it took him 2 1/2 hours to to
train . he did 3 exercises per bodypart 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps for
each exersise . not many bodybuilders today can trian like that. i
have his book steve reeves building the clasic phiysique the natural
way . its a very good book with a lot of good info.
