galway.
rovers played good football and deserved to win by a
good bit more, few basic errors in defence was the
only worry for rovers. 8 players played which were 18
or younger and all played well. john gaffeney
started after his trial with blackburn and played very
well in midfeild with steve feeny who also had a good
game. barry moran played very well, too bad he mite be
going to UCD on a scholarship, shean flannerry had a
very good game as well. bangor were below par and had
a dirthy team, if it was a competive match they
would of had 3 players sent off, paul deering as in the
game in against brighton didnt be tough enough wit
late challenges, had one player sent off for two yellow
cards but both tackles which give him the booking
deserved to be sent off the pitch, was booed of the pitch
and give a one finger sulute to the sligo rovers
faithfull. the two challenges were on ambu mcloughlin who
came on in the second half and played a blinder, pacey
left sided winger(17 years old) who was too quick for
the bangor defence, be a priceless player if he signs
, keith nibbs came on for darko in the first half,
didnt play too well but player a blinder in second
half, jinks came on for john gaffeny in the second half,
plaed alrite but didnt really have time to settle in.
the boyle centre half played alrite, the galway
fellows(17-18) played good one played class, rovers had plenty
of shots most over the bar, but very near plenty of
times<br>paul mcterrnain mite be headin to shels, bohs or pats,
he is on trial i think, pit that, good luck to him
do, hope he signs wit us do
