PBW, I have a cut back week. Doing some short but keeping the intensity level
up for the race. Ran my long hills yesterday and felt strong on them
I am hoping for a top 25 finish. Unfortunately a 63 will only get me in that
level. I am still not running as well as I would like but then my goal is the
5:10 mile at the end of the summer.
You will have to meet me Sunday morning in the Hampton Inn. Adriana can drive
and drop us off if parking is a mess and she will keep your son at the same
time.

Kurt: I am aiming to make registration/number p/up by 6:30 LATEST then head to
the Hampton by 7...does that sound okay or....
Do you think you could pick up my number & stuff?
Is this still correct: FCA-BEB-0091?

I will see what I can do to pick up your number for you.
I will send you an offline email with the correct number

DOC/KURT: I'll be looking around at mile 5 with unfond (if that's even a word!)
memories of your blowing past me whilst sucking on a popsickle!
<<I know the popsickle was earlier in the race but this makes for a better
story!>>
Talk about a humbling experience!
I will be on vacation (read: computerless) the week following Utica so you'll
have to believe Kurt's side of things for a while.
Here's one for the future....

(I plan on going with Ed should he be "fit" by then)
