Got the passport--Utica, NY here we come!
Run 30(3)
Bike 35 (4)

One short speed session this Mon or Tues
One easy run Thurs or Fri
and we are good to go

With perfect conditions:
Looking for sub 63 and possible top 10AG
There were 634 in my AG last year!
684 in Kurt's!

Kick arse
Willie

PBW, I have a cut back week. Doing some short but keeping the intensity level
up for the race. Ran my long hills yesterday and felt strong on them

I am hoping for a top 25 finish. Unfortunately a 63 will only get me in that
level. I am still not running as well as I would like but then my goal is the
5:10 mile at the end of the summer.

You will have to meet me Sunday morning in the Hampton Inn. Adriana can drive
and drop us off if parking is a mess and she will keep your son at the same
time.

Kurt: I am aiming to make registration/number p/up by 6:30 LATEST then head to
the Hampton by 7...does that sound okay or....
Do you think you could pick up my number & stuff?
Is this still correct: FCA-BEB-0091?

WILLIE & KURT:

I thought that before I get busier, I had better wish both of you two good luck
at the Boilermaker 15K. I really wish I could be there.

Keep on running.

DOC sorry you can't be there but I am sure PBW and I will have a great time
(assuming he leaves beer for me!)

DOC/KURT: I'll be looking around at mile 5 with unfond (if that's even a word!)
memories of your blowing past me whilst sucking on a popsickle!
<<I know the popsickle was earlier in the race but this makes for a better
story!>>
Talk about a humbling experience!

I will be on vacation (read: computerless) the week following Utica so you'll
have to believe Kurt's side of things for a while.

Here's one for the future....

(I plan on going with Ed should he be "fit" by then)
