How cool. You will remember me posting several races in which I go to run with
my sons. Life is good when one gets to run with ones kids.

5:22 at age 50 is cooking. Nice 15 year old 6:22. Great times in her future.

Keep on running.

I met my goal time and Kelly excedded hers setting a PR of 6:20.
