Description of theRangersEnd-List.

This mailing-list exists to provide information and discussion for those "Proud to be Glasgow Rangers Supporters".

A TRIBUTE: Recently we found out about the passing in June 2011 of long time list moderator and friend Ronald "Lisboabear" Russell. Ronald was for many years one of the most faithful posters on the list, daily posting news articles about Rangers for the rest of us to read. Ronald was always helping other Bears out in one way or another, contributing prizes to prediction leagues, helping with various issues on and off the list, and was always happy to guide and welcome Bears to Portugal where he lived, especially when Rangers were playing there. He was a good friend to many on the list and will be missed by all.

The list is the longest running, and the largest Rangers fan supported list in the World with about 400 members. It's owned by David Moodie residing in Holland.

The assistant moderators are Murray (MadMurr) McPherson in Toronto, Canada, and Iain (Dr. Kip) Boyle somewhere on the Left Coast of Canada.

The idea behind the list is as follows:

(1) To supply as much information on Glasgow Rangers F.C. as possible to our members.

(2) To maintain a family type atmosphere amongst Rangers Supporters World Wide.

(3) To share a few jokes, and laughs, with our members along the way.

The list administrators will monitor the list for members abusing other members. Any member found to be abusing another member in any shape, or form, will be instantly removed from the list.

Racial comments will not be tolerated. Those offending members will be instantly removed from the list.
