Hi Tony, Hi all. I read your posts and found them right on point.
Of course, we are all used to the team falling apart when it counts
the most. I love Alana, but until she decides to become a leader and
not a follower, we are in for it. We barely produce any offense.
Scoring 50-60 points a game will not cut it. DMJ came through down
the stretch and that helped.
Like you the half time shows can be better and yes there are many
other opportunities and places the basketball games can be showcased.
The first two or three years the Mayhem where off the hook. Now they
are still ok in my book but not as good. I don't think it's the
talent as much as it is the choreography.
And I ABSOLUTELY agree with you all regarding the fan player
interaction. I went to San Antonio last year and was able to get ALL
the Silver Stars autographs. They stuck around and chatted with the
fans, took pictures. A friend of mine who is a STH there said that
before the games you can do the same.
They have MANY activites where you can get to know them better. So
what's the deal here? I suggest that now that Mrs. Sheila Johnson
has taken over we start voicing out issues and concerns and maybe,
just maybe unlike Abe she will listen.
