Mystics' Dales-Schuman Retires
WASHINGTON (AP) - The Mystics have announced that guard Stacey Dales-
Schuman is retiring.
Dales-Schuman was the team's first pick, and third overall, in the
2002 WNBA draft. The standout at the University of Oklahoma led her
team to the 2002 NCAA Championship game.

In three seasons with the Mystics, Dales-Schuman averaged more than
nine points. She was named as a replacement to the All-Star team in
2002.

In a statement, Dales-Schuman said she decided to retire because her
passion for the game has "slowly diminished."
