and 17 away games (two more games than last season) and will begin
earlier (May 22nd) and run later (August 25th). The Mystics will open
the season with a three-game road trip before returning to MCI Center
for its home opener on Friday, June 6th at 7:00 p.m. vs. the

"This is a very exciting schedule for us this season," said Mystics
Senior Vice President of Business and Basketball Operations Judy
Holland-Burton. "Our home schedule features some fantastic match-ups
and we're extremely proud that out of our six nationally televised
games, four of those contests will take place at MCI Center. This
gives us a venue to showcase our tremendous fans, our state-of-the-
art arena as well as the Washington-Metropolitan community."
