In 2003, the Veterans Committee had thier first election, and failed to
elect anybody in basebal's hall of fame. 2005, once again they voted, and the
same results. Now in 2007, the Veterans Committee has voted once again, and
still the same result, you might have thought 3rd times the charm, but once
again, the same result. If the Veterans Committee is around, they will vote
once
again, and I am thinking again with the same results. This is a group for fans
of Major League Baseball, no matter which team they cheer for. Baseball
players like Ron Santo, Gil Hodges and Doug Harvey, have played, then
retireded,
an waited 5 years to get on thier first ballot for the Hall of Fame
election, today these players are still waiting for the call to the hall. If
you love
Major League Basebal, and are getting tired of the Veterans' Committee, and
thier elections to keep non members out, I urge you to join this group, and
let's show Major League Baseball, the Hall of Fame, whoemever that is in
charge, exactly why the Veterans' Committee should be disbanded.
