Sorry about the change, but the Board forgot that the Raiders will be
playing at home on that Friday. Therefore, the next Green Stampede
Board meeting will be Thursday August 23 at 8 PM at 645 Canyon Oaks
Drive #A in Oakland. Immediately following the meeting there will be
another edition of "A's Fan Radio.com" which will also be at the same
location.

TUTORING

The first two tutoring sessions of the Fall season have been very
successful. The next tutoring session will be tomorrow Friday August
17 at 4:30. Meet in front of the A's Customer Service center.

"GREEN STAMPEDING" THE ENVIRONMENT

Don't forget this Saturday from 9-12 PM at Arroyo Park in Oakland
(7701 Krause Avenue). The Green Stampede will be teaming up with the
Arroyo Viejo Creek Keepers to help out at their monthly clean up.
