Hey Everyone,

Two games in a row!!! Woooooooooohoooooooooo. Nothing says turning
your season around than Tampa Bay Devil Rays Pitching on the Road.
Let's Go for the Sweep tonight. Go A's!

TUTORING

The final Green Stampede tutoring sessions for the spring semester
will be tonight and tomorrow. Thanks yesterday to Doug, Melissa,
and Matt for the great help with all of that challenging 7th Grade
Math and Science. (i don't remember stuff being this hard in school)

Tomorrow night the students will receive a special visit from a
couple of the Oakland A's Players and the Green Stampede is
providing the pizza.

The new Green Stampede Homework Club t-shirts look great. Thanks to
Valeska and Geoff for the design and for Mike over at Maximum Ink
for making them look really "cherry."

CASINO NIGHT

This saturday, The Green Stampede is co-sponsoring a Casino Night
with St. Paschal's church in Oakland. Special Thanks to Dean and
Carlos for putting together the Craps table and Roulette Table
(don't worry, it is not fixed and the dice will not be skewed to a 7-
crap out) Cost is only $5 and you can win great prizes. Send an
email to: chris@... for more info.

TAILGATE

Not since the 1973 World Series have the New York M-E-T-S Mets,
Mets, Mets been in Oakland when the A's beat them in a 7-game series
and an aging Willie Mays droped a fly ball in Center Field. Be
there on Wednesday June 15 for the third Green Stampede Tailgate
Party of the season. Chef Boyardean and Company will begin bbq-ing
at 5:30. In the 1973 Series, Reggie Jackson was the series MVP.
