Losing 2 out of 3 to the Giants was a tough weekend and it
doesn't get any easier as the A's take on the Angels. Don't forget
to swing by the tailgate party this Wednesday at 5:30.
Chefboyardean and crew have been planning this tailgate party
extensively so it should be our best one of the year; just in time to
kick off your 4th of July weekend. We will be giving away pictures
of past tailgate parties as well as selling 2004 Green Stampede
Gear. Get your $2 A's tickets in advance.

SPECIAL THANKS...

To Vice President James Lee who represented The Green
Stampede and volunteered at the Tim Hudson Charity Golf
Classic. It was a tough job, but James had to hang out on the
15th Hole and provide food and libations to the participants.
Former A's Pitching Great Gil Heredia (who spoke with the
Stampede students at the conclusion of our first tutoring session
in 2001) said hello to The Green Stampede and is enjoying
retirement from baseball.

GREEN STAMPEDE/BLEACHER FANS SOFTBALL CLASSIC

It was a tough loss for The Green Stampede bunch, but yours
truly gave up 4 runs in the top of the 9th inning as the bleacher
fans beat The Green Stampede 23-22. Come check out the
rematch on July 12. More info to come.

HAUNTED HOUSE PLANNING COMMITTEE

I know it is only July, but the Haunted House Committee will
begin meeting. It was a tremendous event hosted by The Green
