The A's dropped a tough game in Baltimore today for their second
straight loss, but not bad for a team that just won 10 straight.
Let's hope the A's can rebound against the Devil Rays.

TAILGATE PARTY

The last tailgate party of the year will be next Wednesday September
10 against the Anaheim Angels. Last years World Series Champs are
not going to repeat, but it should be a great game nonetheless. Be
sure to be there to enjoy Chef Boyardean and Company as they cook up
the usual exciting faire.

Our last contest of the season will be in your favorite dip! Bring a
great salsa, onion dip, spinich and artichoke dip, or whatever to
enjoy. Prizes will be awarded for the best dip.

LEFT FIELD/RIGHT FIELD SOFTBALL GAME

Tomorrow the A's bleachers fans will be putting it all on the line
for the best softball team. Game starts promptly at 6:30 PM (team
should be there by 6 PM) at Burkhalter Field near the Edwards exit
off of 580 in Oakland. The game is for fun, so please refrain from
using profanity in your comments. :)

HAUNTED HOUSE

The haunted house is progressing nicely. Next meeting is next
thursday September 11, 2003 at La Estrellita. Please have your
definitive plans set for the scene that you are working on.
