Tough couple of days for the A's with tough losses in Minnesota.
Let's hope they can rebound in KC. Next tailgate party will be
Wednesday June 11 versus the Atlanta Braves. tailgate starts at 5 PM
in the usual spot in Parking lot B. Liquid Sound DJs will be in
attendence as well as our friends from "Raiderfanradio.net"

Speaking of internet radio shows, the response has been tremendous
for the A's Fan Radio show every thursday night from 9-11 PM at La
Estrallita Restaurant in Oakland. In addition to members of The
Green Stampede, we have had many members of the Left field bleacher
fan club "The Bleacher Bums" as well as Maurice, Aaron, Cat,Gil and
other left field regulars. This week there will be members from the
Right field side so A's fans are uniting in our common cause of
supporting the A's. Our special guest this week will be Ms. Carole
Raimondi of the Family Law Facilitator's office and of the same
Raimondi Family who helped pioneer baseball in Oakland with the
Oakland Oaks.

TUTORING PROGRAM

The Green Stampede Tutoring Program is winding down with only two
more sessions to go. The response has been well received with
special thanks to board member Claudia Moreno for all of her help
along with Alvaro Gardunio, and all of the graduating Seniors from
Castlemont High School (Maria, Valeria, Claudia, Margarita, and Cathy)
and St. Joseph's High School (Liz) The students have all worked hard
and the volunteers should be commended.

GREEN STAMPEDE FAN CLUBS

With much anticipation, The Green Stampede will finally be
establishing the affiliate fan clubs throughout the country. This
week we are proud to add our friends Matt Montano who will be heading
up the Denver "office", Kevin Hammer in the Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg,
Fl office, and Karel Blaha (currently in Japan and Thailand) but who
will head up our European operations; or at least in the Czech
Republic. If you know of any A's fans in other parts of the world
who like to be an "ambassador" for the A's in their part of the
world, email us at chris@... In any event, have a
