Sorry, I have absolutely no idea how to screencap. I can give you
more of a description though: his wife was wearing a white t-shirt
and jeans, her hair was very short and almost kind of boyish, but
cute. I don't think she was wearing much makeup either...she was
pretty plain looking but I liked that because I don't like when
baseball wives are all dolled up and fake looking. Here's kind of a
transcript of what they said, not word for word but close:

Amy: "I was watching it on NESN, and Tom Caron was doing the fans of
the game, and they interviewed this adorable elderly man who
apparently has had tickets for ages. I think he said something about
when the Patriots used to play there, now whether or not I heard him
right I'm not sure. In other words, he's had tickets forever...do you
wanna walk down this way?"

Bill: "Yeah, do you wanna just go down here and then loop around?"

Amy: "Okay. So anyway, this guy has had tickets forever, and they
asked him his favorite player, and he said Bill Mueller, which I of
course agreed with, and they said why, and he said, 'Well, he's a
young kid coming up in the majors, just starting to get his feet wet,
I really like the way he plays the game' and I just thought it was
way too cute...you must not have had your goatee then!"

Bill: Laughing "Yeah, dangit, I really gotta get the gray back out of
my beard...gotta keep tricking them."
