No ref should have the right to call a penalty shot in the closing
minutes of any hockey game, not to mention a playoff game where the
score is tied with only like 2:00 left in the third!!!!! Oh and
another thing before they call it a penalty shot they should read the
rule book and make sure the infraction falls under the definition of
deserving a penalty shot! (Which in short says: that the offensive
player must be in the clear and be ready to take a shot. Oh and that
the defensive player must have taken the other player down from
behind or thrown his stick.) If you see last night's play on T.V. you
will clearly clearly see that none of these things happened at all,
NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!

That's about the end of my rant. I'm just saying that I don't like
the refs deciding any hockey game let alone a leafs playoff game.
