You sure about that? I am hearing the Cubs will offer arbitration. If they do
that and the player refuses, don't they still got compensated? Or am I wrong
about this?

I also heard the Cubs were going to offer Clement arbitration. If they do, and he signs somewhere else, I believe they get draft choices. If they don't offer...
