I plan on taking up either polish or french pretty soon. I grew up
going to a polish church, but cannot understand a word of it, yet I can
read polish out of a book(not understanding what I am saying). On the
other hand, I took 3 years of french in high school/college. Therefore
I can understand french best when I read it. But try to have me try to
speak, forget about it.
