Ya , isn't junior hockey great ? I have season tickets to the
Vancouver Giants ( WHL ) this year and it has been fantastic . Works
out to be about $15 a ticket for prime seats , no clutching , grabbing
, obstruction ,holdouts , checking bankbooks in between shifts etc
,and the kids go hard every shift for the dream to one day make the
big league . I believe the Giants attendance is up 70 % this year .

Just wondering what the basic feeling is in other cities ( especially US cities ) about the NHL shutting down and hibernating . Here in Vancouver the owners...

I've been to a couple Manchester Monarch games (AHL), one against the Baby B's...I think I was the only one there rooting for the B's...lol...I think mostly...
