I'm up for some tennis, I'll probably come out on Sat. to Olney. 

As for USTA, Iooked at membership when I wanted to get tickets to the ATP tour events in DC.  You have to be a member if you want to get tickets.  As a member you can also "volunteer" to help out with the ATP events and maybe meet some pros.
