Looks like you have to register online - that isn't open until 10/15.  Not sure if they have a group deal or not.  Here is the info:
 
If you would like to sign up this year as an individual or if you would like to register as a team and have designated space for your group at the build, online registration opens on October 15th. All kinds of jobs are available if you have limited bike building experience. We are only taking sign ups via our online forms this year so please check back in with us at www.turningwheelsforkids.org on the 15th. Space is limited so be sure to sign up early. If you have questions prior to registration, please contact Deborah@.... We just can’t wait to see all of you again at the South Hall this year!

Anyone remember? Did we register as a group? And volunteers worked with the groups. TWK I think did not manage the large number of people, they relied on the groups. How was that managed?

Don't know if they are a 501, but at the bottom of their site it indicates: TurningWheels for Kids is a charitable organization, all donations are fully tax...
