None of us spectators got picked up by the sag wagon. Mark may have
been in danger of the paddy wagon, handing out all those red cups on the
course but it appeared to have been worth the risk :-)
We
did see the bus picking up people at the GF as we waited until the end of
the parade looking for Harriet who had actually passed us sometime much
sooner. I saw one woman running just as hard as she could, about 50
yards in front of the bus, looking over her shoulder and trying to keep
from getting swept. I'm afraid she was fighting a loosing battle.
ORN: A nice 5 mile run at lunch today where we got some Florida
weather in Cincinnati for the day. Now I just finished my first swim
workout in some time here at Miami while Nathan is diving. I was
pleased to find that I managed to swim just over an hour straight w/o
stopping. I've got no idea how many yards I swam - probably not
many! But it was a good workout.
