I wouldn't imagine Test Track would close considering it's still very popular.
But I would guess $5 mill/year is too low. GM probably isn't in a position to
spend any $$, but somebody will.

Test Track to Lose GM as Sponsor?
GMs sponsorship contract for Test Track at Epcot is about to expire and
rumor has it that GM will not renew its sponsorship deal with Disney. While
Disney and GM are officially still in negotiations they have not been able to
reach an agreement. GM is rumored to spend $5 million per year sponsoring the
attraction. While this is an incredibly large sum, the Orlando Sentinel is
reporting that Siemens is reportedly paying $100 million for its 10 year
sponsorship of Spaceship Earth and the evening fireworks extravaganza
Illuminations! There is some speculation as to whether Toyota might be
interested in sponsoring the attraction, however, with the recession effecting
almost all car manufacturers, it remains to be seen if there will be any takers.
I hope that Disney can find some sort of agreement, while I dont love Test Track
it is a major attraction and I wold hate for it to go the way of Horizons.
