You guys are worried about it being too warm when we head to Florida??? As
Colleen and I headed to the trail this morning the wind chill made it 9
degrees. We went to breakfast afterwards and Mo, who met up to get in one
last walk with her sister, just sat at the table shivering. Now being of
the wrong gender I don't get to run the half but I think "too warm" is about
the last thing any of us are thinking about! :-)

ORN: 12 this morning where it never really did warm at all as the wind blew
the entire run.

Nancy,

At least we'll be finished before the really warm stuff arrives! Then it
will be nice for walking around the parks, showing off our medals from the
morning!

Just got back from 15 miles with one of my TNT gals. Not particularly
speedy, but we were going for distance. Her FIRST time going more than 13
miles!!! High 30s, with a biting north wind, that I swear gusted to 30 mph
or more at times. I'm having hot chocolate now. If chocolate milk is good
for recovery, I figure hot chocolate will do the same thing, with the added
bonus of warming me up!

Vicki

Orlando forecast for next weekend: lows 54-56*F, highs 78-81*F

Nice for spectators! Death for cold-acclimated runners running in hot
costumes!

Heading out for 3 or 4 in 31 degrees now.... Guess I'd better bundle up a
lot!!

You are TOO eligible! There are NO gender restrictions for the Princess Half - you only have to be at least 14 years old. I'm pretty sure you qualify on that...
