Hi Mark,
I have walked the last 3 Goofy's and finished very slowly(all under 7 hrs).
It can be done but just remember that that extra time on the course will
wear on you. Hope you get healed and you can maybe do a jog/walk version for
the race.
Good Luck,
Robert

Subject: TP-Disney Doing the Marathon with an Injury
As we are about 1 month away from Jan 11th,,, I have had a hamstring
injury that will probably prevent me from running the Marathon, and
has stopped me from training,, ,, although It is getting better,,,
I might be able to walk the distance and finish in just under the 7
hours,,, any one have experience with this,,, ie,, walking the
Marathon insted of running,,,, ??
Do I just need to to stay ahead of the sweepers ??
Thanks, Mark
