HI Daria,
Here is a link to my forum which has an article from Orlando Sentinel
http://www.disneyrunning.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=2110&sid=57cd2618c0c
7e28f7ccd3ddcb59f10e9#p26351 . Looks like it will be a couple of years
before completely finished.
My leg is getting better. PT 2 times a week and gym 2-3 times a week for
rehab. Still in pain all the time but was able to walk 4.5 miles last Sat at
20 min/mile pace. Not bad. DL 1/2 looks out but will do 5K and at least
start 1/2. Hopeful for Goofy but long way to go.
The EEC medal looks really cool. I think they are trying to get people to
get their friends to sign up. It is surprisingly still open 6 weeks before
the race. ToT 13K hasn't even hit 50% yet. The high race costs are delaying
it. It stopped me signing up for ToT.
I might guess party might be at WWoS. Transportation is tough but.... Maybe
DHS???
Robert

First--welcome yo our group...which for some reason has become very
quiet. Must be everyone is soooo busy training.
I have never been to the post race celebration but I was surprised to
see PI s shutting down for refurbishment....looks like a total
refurbishment... to make it more family friendly.
Haven't heard any more on this-----Robert,how about you??
So, what distance are you doing or are you Goofy- like some of us?
I need to get going on my room and airfare reservations. Have already
done that for the Everest Challenge---have you seen the medal---real
cool. Almost makes it worth the registration fee.
Daria..easing up on running due to some back and foot problems
