So - where is everyone at ?? I have just completed my 1s 40 plus mile
week,, will actually end up with a 45-47 Mile week , with a long run
on of 10 miles,,,, My plan is to increase / Maintain tht mileage thru
August,,, and add longer runs by a mile or 2 per week,,, so that the
last Sunday in aug will be a 16 - 18 miler,,, then Spet 1st I start
with one of those Hal Higdon's Novice to Intermidite 18 week programs
, tageting a 4.5 hour Marathon at Disney,,,, The miles thru July
and Aug are diffucult as i am really affected by the Heat ,,,,
although the Fall will be better,, I am concerned that I show up on
Jan 11th to a very warm day,,, anyothing 80-85 degrees for me is a
killer,,, it will add minutes to each mile,,, What is the Sprot drink
that Disney provides on the course ?? and is there anyhing more than
that??,,,, at NYC they have oranges , bananna's , 1/2 bagel,s at the
20 Mile make, and the Ocean Drive Marathon had hard Candy,, and FLat
Coke, and Coffee at several miles markers after 20 ,,, is Disney
primarily FLat ??? I am very used to hilly terrain,,, thanks ,,, Mark

I used the Higdon plan last year. It worked for me, but everyone is different. Unless there's a fluke of nature as there was at Chicago last year, I don't ...
